“Fill With Super Please?”

HERE'S THE STORY
Camels travel a lot further in the back of a pickup than they can on foot. Who knows where this guy was going but it was obvious he wasn’t getting too far without a fill-up. Believe it or not, this scene actually occurred in the suburban part of the capital city, Muscat. He was safely tied in the bed of the pickup so there was no fear of him jumping out. It isn’t odd to see camels (and I mean more than one) all crammed into the bed of a pickup truck heading to the animal markets in the Interior of Oman, but this was the first one I saw in the city. A photographer friend of mine caught a load of six in the back of one truck. Which begs the question, “How many camels can you fit in a car?”
