HERE'S THE STORY

This pretty stretch of beach was very near the first place we lived in Oman. Azaiba is an old Arabic word that roughly means “Place of Good Water”. My husband and I loved this rock outcrop. Him because he’s a geologist; me because the formation on this side that I painted looked like a frog. Sadly, in an effort to make the whole beach more family’friendly, this place is now re-worked although not completely gone. No froggie though.
